Please read these terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, www.loveislight.life (“Website”), and/or purchasing any products or services from or through Love is Light or the Website. The Website is maintained by Love is Light, LLC (“Love”) as a service to our Clients.

 

BY ACCESSING THE WEBSITE, OR OTHERWISE UTILIZING OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED BY LOVE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL APPLICABLE LAW, THAT YOU ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND ARE OTHERWISE CAPABLE OF FORMING LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTAND, AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE, OR OTHERWISE UTILIZE OR PURCHASE ANY SERVICES OFFERED BY LOVE.

 

AGREEMENT

These Terms create a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Love is Light, LLC. This Agreement governs your use of the Website (including all related documentation) and your receipt of any products or Services, as further defined below, offered by Love. These Terms may be modified at any time by Love upon posting of such updated or modified Terms. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting and shall be available for review at the Website. You agree, from time to time, to review these Terms, and that each subsequent access or use of the Website or the products or services sold by Love by you shall constitute and be deemed to be your uncoditional acceptance of updated or modified Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, any reference herein to “you”, “your” or such other similar pronoun, will reference the Client, Website user, and in the event the party receiving products and or Services from Love. Reference to “us”, “our” or such other similar pronoun, are in reference to Love.

 

SERVICES

Through the Website and all corresponding products and/or services that Love may from time to time make available for sale by or through the Website, Love endeavors to provide Clients with personalized energy healing sessions (such as, but not necessarily limited to, Reiki and energy healings), peer counseling, emotional consoling, and life coaching (collectively, the “Services”). For the AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, LOVE DOES NOT EMPLOY OR UTILIZE PSYCHOLOGISTS OR OTHER LICENSED MEDICAL DOCTORS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES.  By accepting these Terms you acknowledge your understanding that although Love will endeavor to keep all information provided by you during our provision of Services confidential, circumstances may arise in which Love and its associates may be required to disclose the content of such appointments and corresponding discussions to third parties, including but not necessarily limited to, (1) judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, orders, etc., or (2) in the event that you disclose either your intent to commit a crime or your confession to having committed a crime in the past.

 

SCHEDULING SERVICES

All appointments for the provision of Services must be scheduled through the Website or such other means as may be permitted by Love from time to time, no later than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the intended date and time of when you wish to receive such Services. Same day appointments will not be honored. All appointments shall be scheduled in eastern standard time (EST). When scheduling an appointment you must select a date and time from the available dates and times provided on the Website, after which you will be permitted to make payment for such appointment, and thereafter, receive a corresponding confirmation. All prices for Services made available on or through the Website shall be in US dollars and include all applicable fees and taxes. You will be sent a reminder of your confirmed appointments twenty-four (24) hours prior to such appointment. In the event you need to reschedule any appointment, please email loveislightllc@outlook.com as soon as possible. We understand that things come up without notice, and will accommodate you in the event you wish to reschedule appointments, but will not issue refunds for cancelled appointments within twenty-four (24) hours of the confirmed appointment time. Missed appointments without prior notification of required rescheduling will result in a rescheduling fee.

 

WEBSITE USE

Love grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to use the Website solely for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works, or other use. You agree not to copy materials on the Website, reverse engineer or break into the Website, or use materials, products or services in violation of this Agreement or any applicable law. The access to and use of this Website is at the discretion of Love and Love may terminate your access and use of this Website at any time. Any links to third-party websites which are made available on the Website are for your consideration, and you acknowledge and agree that you access and utilize such links at your own risk and discretion. Please note, if any third-party links are accessed or utilized, that such third-party sites are likely to contain their own terms of use, privacy policies, and other controlling documentation. Love may terminate this Agreement or take down the Website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

 

INTENDED AUDIENCE

This Website is intended for Clients and potential Clients of Love, Love employees, agents, and contractors, and all parties intend on doing business with Love. Minor children or persons under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to use the Website or any products and/or Services made available by Love without the consent of a parent or legal guardian who hereby agrees to at all times supervise the minor child’s use of the Website or any products and/or Services made available by Love.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names and representations of trade dress of Love used herein are marks or registered trademarks of Love and may not be used without the prior written permission of Love. Other product and company names mentioned on this Website may be trademarks of their respective owners, but in all instances, all intellectual property contained herein is the sole property of Love and/or a third-party licensor of Love. All content included on the Website is and shall continue to be the property of Love or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, patent, trademark, and other proprietary rights and all applicable laws. Any copying, redistribution, use or publication by or through you of any such content, intellectual property or any part of the Website is prohibited, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement or as further agreed to in writing by Love. COMPLIANCE LAW

You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the Website. You further agree that information provided by you is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

 

APPLICABLE LAW

You agree that the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions will govern these Terms se and any dispute that may arise between you and Love or its affiliates.

 

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

 

WAIVER

The failure of Love to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.  Any waiver of this Agreement, or any portion thereof or term contained herein, by Love must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Love.

 

RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES

Nothing contained in this Agreement or your use of the Website, purchase of products or Services, or receipt of Services shall be construed to constitute either party as a partner, joint venturer, employee or agent of the other party, nor shall either party hold itself out as such.  Neither party has any right or authority to incur, assume or create, in writing or otherwise, any warranty, liability or other obligation of any kind, express or implied, in the name of or on behalf of the other party, it being intended by both parties that each shall remain independent contractors responsible for its own actions.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitutes the entire agreement between you and Love and governs the terms and conditions of your use of the Website, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Love with respect to the Website and all products and Services made available by Love.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may also be subject to additional terms and conditions, posted policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy), guidelines, or rules that may apply when you use the Website.  Love may revise these Terms at any time by updating this Agreement and posting it on the Website.  Accordingly, you should visit the Website and review the Terms and Conditions of Use periodically to determine if any changes have been made. Your continued use of this Website or receipt of Services after any changes have been made to the Terms signifies and confirms your acceptance of any such changes or amendments to the Terms.
