Ever since I was a little girl, I've felt a deep connection to the healing energy that flows through all of us. What started as an intuitive gift in childhood has blossomed into my life's calling - helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom and find healing on every level. I believe that within each of us lies an incredible capacity for transformation and growth, and I'm here to help you unlock that potential.

With my Masters in Counseling Psychology, Ph.D. in Global Psychology, and extensive background in Transpersonal Psychology, I bring both heart and expertise to my practice. I'm certified as a Reiki Master, Metatron Healing Practitioner, Violet Flame Healer, and Akashic Records Healer - but beyond the credentials, what I offer is a warm, supportive space where you can explore your healing journey at your own pace. Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional healing, spiritual growth, or simply a deeper connection to yourself, I'm honored to walk alongside you as you discover the powerful healer that already exists within you.

My Story

My Reiki journey began the day I couldn’t walk — and discovered healing when I least expected it.

My journey began during a moment of crisis, when sudden, debilitating pain led me to seek help at a Spine Center. Unable to tolerate touch, I was introduced to Reiki — and that unexpected experience became a turning point in my life. What began as a search for relief evolved into a deep calling to understand energy healing, ultimately leading me to become a Reiki Master.

Formally learning Reiki supported me in growing the confidence to listen to my body, align with my true self and purpose, and move beyond what I once believed were my limitations. Reiki reminded me of the body’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal. Because I discovered Reiki at one of my most vulnerable moments, I bring compassion, presence, and respect to every session. Today, I am honored to support others as they reconnect with their body’s natural ability to restore balance and well-being.
